This Eastport house is very spacious and close walking distance to everything, just 4 blocks to Annapolis City Dock. Perfect for a family or three singles on assignment that want to live close to town and all the activities Annapolis has to offer. Great property for family reunions, wedding parties, sailing groups, etc has a twin home next door that accommodates up to eight for a total of sixteen guests.
There is a picnic table on the deck with attached bench seating and 6 outdoor medal chairs. If planning an event/catered party you could likely accommodate 20 people.
Parking: There is room in the driveway for 2 cars. If guests need room for a 3rd car they can drive forward and park on the grass .
With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths there is plenty of space. These homes have one of our highest occupancy rates so call early for guaranteed bookings.

Summary: This is not just a VRBO listing, this is a property management company using VRBO to list its properties, so there's a price tag with that. It's an old property. The wifi info given was not correct and the owner was on vacation and unable to be reached. So those of us who needed to conduct work during the week were stuck. There were a lot of ants in the kitchen. They turned the gas off for the season so there was no fireplace available even though it was chilly and we wanted to sit around the fireplace and play cards. The downstairs tv never worked. so we couldn't watch movies or tv together. There were minimal amenities - toilet paper, etc, was scarce, so prepare if you stay here. I have stayed in many VRBOs over a decade and except for the close proximity to USNA, I wouldn't recommend it. Minimal effort was put into this rental.
