Summary: Booked this hotel at the last minute for Super Bowl weekend. Saw some reviews that had me a little nervous but went ahead and booked this place anyway. When we arrived, Olivia greeted us warmly and checked us in smoothly. The place is generally clean, but it is going to renovations, and the hotel communicated that before my arrival which I liked. Any needs that needed to be met were easily remedied by the hotel staff. We had an issue with the AC unit leaking, and the maintenance man came right away and fixed it. It’s not the Ritz Carlton, obviously. But it’s a decent location, there’s free warm breakfast, the room was spacious, and the customer service was top-tier!
