Rest assured that our comprehensive cleaning fee includes professional HOUSE CLEANING, LAUNDRY SERVICES, AND HOT TUB SANITIZATION, guaranteeing a pristine and enjoyable stay for you and your family.
SCHEDULED PROPERTY MAINTENANCE:
• Lawn Care: Our regularly scheduled lawn mowing day is every Tuesday between approximately 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. The lawn care crew will not need access to the backyard.
• Hot Tub: In addition to sanitization between guest stays, weekly hot tub service is completed every Friday around noon by a licensed technician. This service requires access through the back gate to the fenced area. Technician will notify you of his arrival first.
