Nestled within a quaint village by the sea.
We are located in the heart of Barnstable Village on Cape Cod. Walk to beautiful Millway beach, Walk to dinner, dine at the waterfront or walk around the corner to get your morning coffee. Walk out back through the French doors. Grill fresh seafood and dine on the patio at the house overlooking 3.5 acres of tranquil, wooded conservation land. If you like farmers markets, beaches, fishing, shopping, browsing antique shops, whale watching, excellent restaurants and bars…the village has all of these amenities within walking distance of the tavern. The larger shops, movie theaters, food stores, and ships to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard are all close by.

Carefully preserved & meticulously restored, this 18th century Georgian Colonial offers architectural & historic interior period details, spacious rooms, Fireplace & beautiful antique wood floors. Legend says that George Washington and Samuel Adams were regular guests at the house.
During July and August we rent weekly only Saturday to Saturday.
There are 5 parking spots available at the house and ample street parking diagonal from the house.
