Please note that there is one heater for both the pool and spa, so only one can be heated at a time. If the spa is in use, it may temporarily lower the pool temperature. Lastly, while we’ll do our best to ensure a comfortable experience, outdoor weather conditions may affect how well the water heats. Thank you so much for your understanding!
