It is located in a prime location in Scottsdale with easy access to the freeway and many activities to do with friends and family in town. You will have access to a community pool and a community spa with a community grill as well.
**This is a second story WALK UP condo.** There is not an elevator.
Free WiFi and Free wireless internet is also provided!

Very nice codo with super location

My husband and I liked the condo a lot! Everything was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. The location is great, close to shopping, Restaurants, Loop 101 and walking areas. We would certainly recommend this condo and we look forward to be back next year. Recommended for: Sightseeing, Tourists without a Car, Age 55+

we liked the condo a lot, especially the location ! The kitchen is well equipped and all was sparkle clean when we arrived ! The furniture is good looking but the chairs are not very comfortable to sit for a long while. It is a very quiet neighbourhood and the walking areas around it are very pleasant. We would surely go back !

We couldn't have asked for a nicer condo. The location was great. You are close to a lot of things. Groceries and great restaurants. I would certainly recommend this location. We look forward to going back.

The condo has an excellent location. The unit is well stocked. The unit was conveniently located. All the needs of our stay were met and we would happily stay again if it stays in this price range.Recommended for: Adventure Seekers, Age 55+

The condo was in a quiet place. The area was safe and clean. Everyone(the renters) in the complex was nice. All the accessories was in place( kitchen and bathroom) to make our stay very comfortable. I would refer this place to anyone.

Condo with great location, nice grounds, safe area

We were very pleased with the location, as it was a safe area and the people staying in the same area were friendly. The grounds were well kept and nice. Access to the 101 loop and other main roads is excellent. The condo was fairly clean and well maintained, with only a couple minor issues, such as the shower door was slightly broken. Everything we needed was supplied in the condo so it made meals and other daily living tasks very easy. We enjoyed many restaurants in the Old town Scottsdale area, a quick 15 minutes down the highway, and easy to navigate.

Great condo in a great location at a great price for the value!Close to Scottsdale restaurants and nightlife. Property very clean and very nicely upgraded and furnished. Great resort area swimming pool and tennis courts.
