Private bedrooms, master on the main floor, King with master bathroom, upper-level queen bathroom and King private. Lower level has a king and three queen beds—plenty of beds for the children/adults. We also have a highchair and a pack n play. The lower level has a full bathroom. Two washers and dryers. Many decks for everything to relax, the dock has a lovely sofa, and lounge chairs.
