This 3-level home is highly functional for up to 8 people, with a total renovation completed in 2020, along with new furniture, mattresses, linens, etc. – all purchased new in 2020. This is not your typical “long in the tooth” rental.
Everything you need is here. Walk through the front door into the main level that features vaulted ceilings with an open-concept living space with fully stocked kitchen, a large, expandable dining table that will seat 8, wood stove for cold nights, 65” Smart TV with Xfinity cable, high speed WiFi internet, and so much more. Also on the main floor is 2 guest rooms with queen beds, as well as a full bath. Upstairs is a loft with seating area, the large master bedroom with king bed, and another full bath. Downstairs is the “kid’s lair” with sectional sofa and 55” Smart TV for streaming your favorite streaming services or bring your own video game console (no cable service on this TV), 2 bunk beds with twins over doubles, half bath with laundry, and table-top retro video game with 450 of your favorite “old school” video games.
From the living space, walk out the slider onto the private, large deck with a spa, dining area, umbrellas, propane gas BBQ, and lounge seating with fire pit.
The cabin is conveniently located with the front door just off the circular driveway (no stairs to enter the home). There is also a 220V outlet (a NEMA 14-50 outlet), on the front of the house for charging your Tesla, or other compatible electric vehicles, but note – there is no charge cord. It is your responsibility to bring a cord if you want to use this feature.
With this cabin, you have access to Blue Lake Springs HOA facilities (fees applicable, the HOA is open from Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend), which include a clubhouse, swimming pool, beach area with small lake, tennis courts, Bocce, shuffleboard, corn hole, ping pong, foosball, horseshoe pits, pickle ball, exercise room, beach volleyball, basketball, Snowflake Lodge restaurant, as well as access to a second lake - "Fly-in Lake".
