This 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home was completely remodeled from end to end in 2022 just in time for Arizona vacation season. Everything that you need is here, just come ready to relax and enjoy. Bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds and top of the line bedding. Luxurious remodeled bathrooms with tiled showers. Fully stocked kitchen for those wanting to dine in while on our vacation. Living room features sectional couch and big screen tv for family movie night. A great place for any friends or family get togethers on your next AZ getaway.
Ideal Scottsdale Location close to multiple spring training parks. Fashion Square mall and Old Town Shops are within minutes. Easy access to freeways which makes it easy to get around Scottsdale. Quiet residential neighborhood which will make you feel like your at home.

Pool can be heated for an additional $75 per day or $350 per week. Please notify management staff at least 48 hours in advance for pool heating.
House Rules
Quiet Hours are 10 PM nightly and strictly enforced. This is a residential area where people live full time and we expect neighbors to be respected at all times. You can come and have fun but just always do in it a respectful way. NO LOUD PARTIES will be tolerated.
Booking party must be 25 years of age.
Only guests registered on the booking are allowed at the house without host consent. Maximum of 9 guests are allowed.
We do not allow any locals booking the home without prior consent of the management team.
No smoking anything in the home. Smoking will result in a $1000 fine.
Pets are allowed but must be approved prior to booking. $100 pet fee applies for all approved pets.
