This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom two-story Cape is private, quiet, and overlooks a lovely cranberry bog. Living room, dining room table and kitchen are in one large open space. Bedrooms upstairs include a king bed in the master with adjacent bathroom and a bedroom with bunkbeds across the hall. The downstairs bedroom contains a queen bed. The finished basement is a family room/bedroom with a full bed. A twin cot is also available. Easy to get to, the house is conveniently located South of Route 28, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. On the deck, you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, a sun-drenched tanning mid-day, or an evening cocktail, all with nothing but nature as backdrop. Walk down the short path leading to a lovely walk around a peaceful cranberry bog complete with two ponds.
Choose among several nearby beaches and ponds to swim, sunbathe, sail, windsurf or walk - all within a mile or two. Beautiful Ridgevale Beach is 1 mile from the house! The Cape Cod Bike Trail is within walking (or bike riding) distance.
