Summary: Not a good experience at all. The greeting was not friendly. You get the feeling that the staff all hate their jobs. Maybe they were all having a bad day on the same day but we won’t be staying at another RRI. Our non smoking room was so bad my eyes were watering after I first walked in. Realized later it was due to a man who stood outside of that room to chain smoke. When the sprinklers come on for the grass, you will get wet. That part was funny but maybe not to a lot of folks. I can’t identify the odor in the room with ice and vending machine. I asked for a refund and we would go find another hotel. She offered a suite for the same price. We were tired so we took it. Maybe we just had bad timing but it was tough to get to any room without walking past smokers. (I’m allergic to cigarette smoke) most of that room was clean but not the bathroom. Couldn’t wait to leave.
