Enjoy glorious views of the Adirondacks from the shores of beautiful Lake Champlain which is a 10-minute stroll to the beach where. you can swim kayak or explore the Burlington Bike Path.
Upstairs you will find soaring ceilings in the open great room, a master bedroom with private 1/2 bathroom and one more bedrooms, and another sleeping area. The fully renovated downstairs features a full bathroom, a retro industrial-style kitchen and a family room. There is a huge flat parking area that can accommodate a full size motor home or maybe even a tour bus (additional cost) with up to 30 amp power. Walk or short uber to the daily downtown train to NYC. Other nearby/walk to amenities include City Market, Nomad Cafe, Lake Champlain Chocolates, Scout, The Spot (amazing breakfast and lunch) Small Dog (Apple) electronics.
