Our home has everything needed to make your stay feel like your own personal home or an elegant get away. Look forward to lounging in the sunshine by the private saltwater pool (not heated). Use the spacious, fully stocked kitchen or outdoor BBQ grill to create family meals. Relax under the massive covered patio, equipped with elegant lighting , fans and patio heaters, and an outdoor/cable equipped TV to watch sports and movies. The expansive backyard features a beautiful saltwater pool, lawn games and multiple places to enjoy resort style living with privacy from the outside world, making this the ideal spot to decompress and recharge during your vacation. When you’re ready to retreat back indoors, unwind in the spacious living room, where you can continue watching movies or your favorite sports / shows on the HD flat screen Smart TV equipped with full cable TV. There are also large flat screen Smart TV's in 3 of the 4 bedrooms, so everyone can watch their preferred show anytime.
All bathrooms have the necessities (toiletries, soaps, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryers, etc.). The kitchen also has all the necessities (pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, spices, cooking utensils, etc.). Don’t feel like cooking? Ask us how you can have a private chef come create an in-home meal for you and your loved ones.
Lastly, if you are looking to bring your Furry Family Member, dogs (2 max) are allowed with a pet fee of $25 per dog, per night that must be paid prior to arrival. A private, gated dog run is accessible from a dog door in the den so that your pup can go in and out at their own pleasure while still being separated from the pool while you may be away.

As a reminder, this house is listed as a quiet retreat. We love to host special moments in your life, however we have had an increase in noise complaints from our neighbors by past guests not following our house rules. We ask that you adhere to our house rules of no parties or unapproved gatherings. When requesting to book the home, please provide the reason for your stay. We are no longer allowing bachelor/bachelorette parties (no exceptions). The house is equipped with a Ring doorbell and is monitored by the owner.
