This great villa has a four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master suite has a king-size bed and a private balcony with a great mountain views.
The beautiful master bathroom has twin sinks/vanities, a rainfall shower, jacuzzi tub and a walk-in closet.
There are two other queen-sized bedrooms - one on the second floor with another full bathroom (double sink/vanity) across the hall and one on the first floor, also with a full bathroom across the hall.
The fourth bedroom (on the second floor) has 2 bunk beds with a full-sized bed on the bottom and a twin on the top.
The main floor features a beautiful open kitchen with a breakfast bar, a spacious family room with indoor fire place and large screen TV,
separate dining room with seating for 6+,
a front living room with TV,
a full laundry,
private backyard with a patio, heated pool, BBQ area, with no neighbors behind you and a garage that can fit 2 cars as part is used by the owner for storage.

When the daytime high is under 70F pool heating may not get up to a comfortable temperature. The pool starts the day at the low of the night and unfortunately, with a water that large, it won't get to the 75F we set it to.
