Our property on the Chemin des Jardins d'Eyrignac, on the road to St Jean de Compostelle and the medieval cities of another time, is nestled in the heart of the Lot valleys (Souillac, Rocamadour, Gouffre Padirac...), Dordogne (Sarlat, Lascaux, Montignac..), Correze (Brive, Pompadour, Collonges la Rouge).... and it extends over an area of 250 m2, a stone's throw from an 18-hole golf course.
The interior spaces are well furnished and the careful decoration makes this villa a warm and cozy place of very good quality, worthy of the welcome reserved for you...
Outside, the environment is entirely green, providing a generous and exotic setting. The fully fenced property has several hectares of wood + grass land around the house. The view is due south with sun all day.
The activities available around the house are 18-hole golf course 2 km away, mountain biking, climbing, horse riding, walks in the forest, hiking on marked trails; ....The nearby Dordogne River offers fishing, canoeing.
