On the second floor, you'll find the master bedroom with a king bed with ensuite and walk-in shower along with a cozy third bedroom with a full bed, adjacent to another full bathroom with a bathtub/shower. This level also includes a living area with a TV, fireplace, kitchen, and dining room, all with stunning views of the Long Island Sound, perfect for family gatherings!
The third floor offers a large flexible space that can be utilized as a bedroom office flex space with with a queen bed, pull-out sofa, workspace with desk and TV. Strong WiFi and TVs are available throughout the house.
Step outside from the kitchen onto the spacious deck, where you can enjoy the views of the Long Island Sound with outdoor furniture and a Weber grill. Relax under the stars and moonlight reflecting off the water, surrounded by the beautiful canopy of trees.
Community amenities include a quiet sandy beach complete with lounge furniture, picnic tables, showers, and BBQ facilities. Additionally, there are acres of parkland featuring a playground, fenced dog park, basketball court, two tennis courts, and water access for kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boarding. For boating enthusiasts, there's a deep-water harbor available (additional fees apply, inquire for more info). The property is conveniently located minutes from downtown SONO Shopping mall, restaurants, the Maritime Aquarium Center, Stepping Stones Children Museum, Sky Zone trampoline park, and the MTA South Norwalk train station (just one hour to Grand Central Station in NYC), and is a short distance from Rowayton, Westport or Darien. There is an additional playground just outside the community entrance along with more tennis and pickleball courts.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable $300 pet deposit.
