Perhaps the greatest feature of all is the exclusive backyard access to Garretts Pond, a 24 acre natural kettle pond noted for its clear water. Enjoy beautiful views of the pond from the backyard, brand new deck, king bedroom and walk-out basement. You can walk right out of the basement down the lawn and dip your toes in the pond or go for a swim. 2 kayaks and a dinghy boat also included for your use! Paddles and life jackets will be provided, but we recommend bringing your own as well and fishing gear - plenty to catch in Garretts Pond!
This home's private, yet central location also allows for easy exploration of the area. It's just a short drive to quaint Barnstable Village, Mass Audubon nature trails, and nearby bay beaches including Sandy Neck and Millway Beach, as well as Craigville Beach on Nantucket Sound. Hyannis is a short drive away for shopping, restaurants, the airport, and cruises to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Very convenient location!
