Summary: It was a cold night in Pittsburgh, and the heat was not working in the hotel. Since there doesn't seem to be anyone there at night, there was no way to get extra blankets. I did text them a couple times and left a voicemail. I didn't hear back from anyone until the next morning. I also ran into another guest who was locked out all night. Again, they don't seem to have the place staffed at night, and the keypad wasn't working, so they were locked out.
