Contains 5 beds and a queen blowup mattress. Oversized saltwater swimming pool with waterfall and spa, indoor outdoor living enhanced by a large covered patio, and 16 feet of sliding glass doors (front and back) that open to the outside for that true California indoor/outdoor living. Professional outdoor landscape lighting turns the yard into a magical and enchanting place at night. One dining patio is north facing while the larger dining patio is south facing, so you have your choice of sun or shade. There is also a large modern firetable and bar b q in the backyard, as well as a large gas fireplace under the covered patio, for those cooler desert evenings.
The front covered patio boasts a gas fireplace, large tv, sofas, and dining table for 10. There are 8 comfortable loungers around the pool with three large umbrellas and two smaller umbrellas for shade. The yard is set up so that you have your choice of sun or shade at any time of the day.
Both the exterior and interior of the home has been furnished with West Elm and Restoration Hardware furniture, accessories, and high quality bedding that are right on trend with neutral colours, and modern but comfortable design.
The well stocked chefs kitchen has a 36 inch 8 burner gas stove and double oven. Because we, the owners sometimes use the house ourselves, it is well stocked with spices, oil, vinegar and other staples , and even an air fryer for your use. There is a Keurig coffee maker as well as a drip coffee maker. A unique "stand up" bar comes complete with bar accessories and a wine frig, along with an extra frig in the garage.
Each bedroom has a large walk in closet and full ensuite with large shower. The master bedroom and casita each have king beds, one bedroom has a queen bed, and another bedroom has two queen beds for a total of five beds. The large master bathroom boasts his and hers vanities, oversized shower, and free standing bathtub. Large windows make this room bright yet private.
The casita has a private keyed entrance, and sliding glass doors leading to the pool area, with its own patio and bistro table and chairs. It has a counter with sink, microwave, mini frig, coffee maker, sofa, and tv.
Numerous beach towels are provided, and each bathroom has shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. There are pool floaties, board games, 2 bikes, (use at your own risk), a ping pong table, and corn hole toss game provided for your entertainment.
Enjoy beautiful mountain views, sunrises, and sunsets. There is a huge driveway that can park 5 or 6 vehicles
PGA West has 3 private golf courses and 3 public golf courses. This house is minutes from the public Greg Norman Golf Course, with it's rustic restaurant with patio and fireplace, as well as large pro shop, driving range, and practice putting green.
