Situated on a corner lot surrounded by just the right amount of trees, this shady 4 BR home is well appointed, stylish and comfortable, with plenty of space for a family of 6. The best part is that you can park your car for the week and walk or bike to the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants of Rehoboth Beach. If you do plan to drive, the owner has graciously provided 2 Rehoboth Beach Parking Permits! THIS HOME CAN BE RENTED FOR A MAXIMUM OF 7 NIGHTS. No Pets.
Guests pay a $200 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
