Summary: My wife and I were passing through town at 8pm and wasn’t expecting much. We just needed to lay our heads down and move on the next morning. The front desk lady was polite and nice. She gave us a downstairs room that wasn’t ready yet. Bed sheets and towels were on the floor. She upgraded us which was nice but that room wasn’t ready either :(. The third room was clean but neither remote worked. By now we just stayed in this room.
