- Guests will have access to 2 private parking spaces located on property lot, off street at all times.
- Parking on street in front of the house is prohibited by city of Los Angeles. If you park on the street the city will tow you + fine you. If you need additional parking, you can park in the nearby streets without an issues.
- Home offers powerful portable Air conditioning units in all rooms
- Private patio area with garden available for guests
- You are welcomed to smoke OUTSIDE in the patio without any issues. However, smoking in the home is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine.
- Please also note that our house neighborhood is best described as up-and-coming in a diverse urban settings. The house is safe and secure ( exterior camera surveillance 24/7 and fully gated ) and it is good if you are comfortable with urban living.
- There is a railroad track located in the street in front of the home. An industrial train passes once per day and can be noisy for about 45 seconds. Other than that, the train tracks are unused.
