Summary: There were some things about this property that were not kept up. The washer and dryer were rusty, the awning on the second floor unit (which we rented) was torn and not working in some area's as well as the railing on the steps in the front leading up to the second floor unit was broken on one side and that is a fall hazard. Not to mention the trash around the property. I have some pics if you want to see. Oh and there was some paint that was peeling. Overall though we had a great time besides all that.
