Available for longer terms rentals. The town grocery stores and liquor stores are fully stocked and have taken every safety precaution to keep residents safe. The beach is walking distance and there are beautiful bike paths nearby.
Beautifully Beach Chic- Perfect for family vacations or gatherings, an awesome girls get away (we have had many) or a couples retreat- this ocean front property is a renovated 1500 sq ft home located in the Manomet area on a bluff overlooking Cape Cod bay. House has been interior designed by local designer Mimi Walsh with a relaxing but elegant beach feel and ready for its first rental season. Truly beautiful in all seasons: a gorgeous fall weekend away, celebrate thanksgiving with the pilgrims or enjoy a cozy winter weekend by the sea.
First Floor: 2 first floor bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances, remote controlled gas fireplace, Keurig coffee maker, and laundry room with washer and dryer. Also off the first floor is a large deck overlooking the ocean, gas grill, fire pit, hammock, outdoor patio table and sofa sectional to entertain or just relax and enjoy the gorgeous view. There is a small spiral staircase leading to the second floor that has a gorgeous ocean view living room perfect for reading , 2nd bathroom, master bedroom with a queen bed and another small bedroom with newly added custom bunk beds. There is also a small sleeping loft with a double bed mattress. Another ocean view deck is off this second floor.
Beach access to a private beach is located about a 7-10 minute walk down the road.
Please note there is a 3 night minimum on holiday weekends or subject to a nightly extra charge. 7 night minimum sat-sat booking from June 19- August 30th. We are very firm on the 7 nights unless certain dates are specified in this listing.
