Beautiful 2 Bedroom / 1 Bath Condo in great condition located in Ocean Park Meadows. Seven Miles of Sandy Beach located just 100 yards away. Amenities include outdoor pool, clubhouse, workout room and two tennis courts. Air Conditioned unit.. Washer and dryer is located in the unit. Main bedroom has 1 queen bed and second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a trundle. Unit is completely furnished and outfitted with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, coffee maker, blender and toaster. All linens and towels included. This is located 5 minutes away from the center of town where there are restaurants shopping libraries Amtrak train busses miniature golf and bars. It is a very family friendly environment and in the center of town is an amusement park. There are also weekly fireworks and at night there is often entertainment in the center of town. The beach is very beautiful and you are able to rent bikes and ride around you may also roller blade. All linens are provided as are all towels and soap as well as toilet tissue. The kithchen is fully equipped with pans dishes utensils glasses toaster and coffee maker. Washer and Dryer are also in the unit. There is a weight room and tennis courts. The grounds are very well maintained and there are plenty of trees and flowers to look at. There are 2 ponds. There is also a fountain in the middle of both ponds. Trash dumpster is located in the back of the complex. There are icecream shops and post office sandwich shop and gift shop all within a very close walk.
