This 3 bedroom, 2 bath centrally located home in West Hyannisport is a vacationers dream! Located just over a mile from Craigville Beach, it comes with a beach pass so you can enjoy all the beaches in the Town of Barnstable.
As you drive up to this ranch house you will immediately notice the large deck, what a great place to hang out with your family and friends!
Enter the family room with cathedral ceilings, large sectional couch, flat screen tv and sliders that go out to the fenced in private back yard. Such a comfy place to relax after a long day at the beach!
Beyond the family room is a large dining room with a table that is big enough to fit everyone. The kitchen is right next door with a small breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.
Off of the dining room is the living room with a comfy couch and chairs, there's a flat screen tv in this room too. Spend the afternoon relaxing on the couch reading your favorite book.
Head down the hall to the bedroom wing . The first bedroom has 2 twin beds, decorated in a nautical theme, this room is light and bright. The second bedroom also has 2 twin beds, decorated with bright colors keeping a coastal theme.
There's a newly remodeled full size bath with a tub/shower unit located across from the bedrooms.
Next is the primary bedroom with a queen size bed, it's spacious and bright. There's a newly updated primary bathroom off the bedroom with a large shower.
A washer and dryer are located in the lower level area.
The backyard is a vacationers' dream, it's completely fenced in, private and large.
Picture this, you spent the day at Craigville Beach, you come home, head to your private backyard.
Rinse off at the enclosed outside shower, relax and have a seat in the Adirondack chair under the tree. As dinner time approaches, fire up the gas grill and cook some burgers and dogs.
