Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: It was clean, neat and beds/furnishings were comfortable. Linens and many cleaning supplies available to use. We choose this rental due to its location and that it was pet friendly. It had most basic things to make our stay comfortable.

Negative: Definitely some annoyances with this rental. The outdoor landscaping needs attention, poison Ivy growing in the taller grassy/wooded area and on the trees. Hornets nests in the outdoor shower, patio umbrella and decorative bottle opener on the deck. Most challenging issue during our stay was that the AC unit is set and locked at 68° we could not get the temp low enough to feel comfortable. The upstairs was extremely hot and the two downstairs bedrooms were stuffy and very warm with the doors shut. Please take a couple hundred dollars from our rental cost and buy updated replacement cushions for the patio set and a new patio umbrella to replace the tattered one.
