Newly and beautifully renovated, this cottage welcomes you home each day with fantastic deck space, all-new furnishings, and a brand-new hot tub (spring 2024) to soak in beneath starry skies.
This summer cottage is located in Onset Heights, a neighborhood with its own HOA beach (Sandy Beach). It's less than a mile stroll to Onset Beach and the shops, restaurants, and full calendar of events in Onset Village.
Built in 1935, the house has been entirely remodeled and refurnished, bringing every modern comfort to an already charming space. Beneath the lofty ceilings of the open, window-lined living space, you'll find a bright sitting area with a smart TV, a dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
Walk home from a beautiful day at the beach to rinse off in the outdoor shower, toss your swimsuits and towels in the washer/dryer, and relax and unwind in the lovely outdoor spaces. Recline in an Adirondack chair out front with a cold drink in hand, or retreat to the fenced side deck (accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom) to grill and dine alfresco. Central air conditioning and complimentary WiFi round out the home's bonus features.
