Open to the living room with comfortable seating and wall tv with Wi-Fi and Cox cable service. Second floor has 3 bedrooms including the primary with walk in closet and private full bathroom. There is a common full bath and two additional bedrooms. The first floor offers a desk area, 2 bedrooms, and full bathroom. Down in the lower level, another sleeping area is available with full bathroom. Rear patio off the kitchen makes for easy grilling. The seating area on the patio is perfect for relaxing. Please note that due to City of Newport ordinances, we have a 30 day minimum.
