POOL/SPA:
There is a daily charge of $100 for pool and spa. For spa only is $35 per day, heated to 104 degrees. We encourage responsible use of this amenity of turning off the spa and jets after each use. Spa only takes 10 mins to heat up. If you need pool heated, especially upon your arrival, let me know in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival, payment can be via VRBO.
CHECKOUT DUTIES: Load and start the washer with used towels, put your trash in the trash bins outside. Please load and start the dishwasher prior to departure. Thank you so much.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate. *All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out.*
FESTIVALS:
Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with a discount. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. Regular noise ordinance is in effect.

Music cell phone only before 10pm. It cannot be audible at the property line or front of the house.
After 10pm quiet hours. Please ensure zero music outside and human noise to absolute minimum.
Occupancy of max 6 overnight and additional 3 people in the daytime.
Breaking any of the city rules will result in code enforcement fines payable fully by guest and potential evictions.
If the person that booked the reservation cannot attend to their phone in case of an issue, please provide an alternative number, if we have to dispatch emergency contact, there will be $50 during the day and $100 after 10pm charge to the guest.
Please do know we do not micromanage and want you and your group/family have an amazing time and give you full privacy but these have to be observed.
