Summary: Will unfortunately not be coming back to this hotel. We are traveling out of town and when we got there the process was long checking in but it was alright. Our keys didn’t work so we had to go back downstairs and get them working again. When we entered the room and went into bathroom we noticed hair on the toilet and the toilet paper holder empty which alright fine. Then we noticed a long strand of hair in the shower and small little tiny hairs in the rest of the shower. We were pretty upset and then uncovered the bed and found another long piece of hair that looked like the one in shower. We went downstairs and let them know what happened and they ended up giving us a bigger room which was nice of them. We just wish the room was cleaned correctly first. We saved up money to stay in a hotel for our weekend trip and if we knew that the rooms weren’t cleaned we would have rethought our decision.
