Taking its name from the beautiful surrounding pine trees and its location on Dogwood Lane; this home includes a rustic looking 24' x 24' covered outdoor patio, fire pit and gas grill. The interior is a unique blend of country décor and modern living; it sleeps a maximum of 18 people.
And no more “rock, paper, scissors” to decide who gets their own bathroom! Two of the six bedrooms in this house are master bedrooms with their own bathroom, and the master suite bathroom includes a Jacuzzi tub.
The first floor offers 4 large bedrooms, all with king size beds and TVs. There are 3 full baths with a Jacuzzi in the master bath. Enjoy preparing meals in the large modern stainless steel kitchen that has a cozy breakfast nook. The dining room next to the kitchen opens to the adjacent living room which is furnished with a sofa bed, 50” TV and additional dining room seating that converts into a poker/card game area.

The beautifully finished lower level includes in-floor heat powered by “green” geothermal; two bedrooms with king size beds, a full bath and laundry facilities. Last but not least, this home features a one-of-a-kind theatre room with an 85" TV for streaming all of your favorite shows, as well as surround sound with wireless speakers.
