Summary: We had our previous VRBO booked since August 2022 for our girls trip to Scottsdale mid-April 2023 and they canceled the day before at 3:30 PM. Obviously, this put a damper on our plans and we had to rush to find a new place to stay. The VRBO contact center was not helpful one bit. I reached out to a few different hosts and explained the situation and Evan was the first and only one to respond. He was so accommodating especially when we were going to be arriving in Scottsdale in less than 24 hours with no place to stay. He was great at communicating and this house was absolutely gorgeous. Everything worked out well thanks to Evan and I would 100% recommend this house to anyone looking to get away to Scottsdale. It is very close to Old Towne and the backyard was a fun place to hang out. We felt very safe here as well. Big thanks to Evan for helping our plans get back on track so last minute.
