Beach Trees is hidden away amongst the trees and high over the West End; you’ll have stunning 360-degree views of Provincetown—from the Monument, to the harbor to Herring Cove and Race Point Beaches, to Shankpainter Pond, and back to the Monument— from the third floor roof deck. This upside down house has a light-filled upper floor with a fully-equipped chef’s kitchen, dining room, and fireplaced living room that is perfect for hosting friends and family. Sliding glass doors open to a second-floor deck where you can enjoy dining in the treetops overlooking horses grazing in the meadow. A bedroom and bathroom complete the second floor. If heights aren’t your thing, enjoy a relaxing afternoon amidst the gardens on the private patio right outside the front door. Two bedrooms, each with private bathrooms, are on the first floor, surrounded by trees. The master bedroom, with its own fireplace and a walk-in closet, has a separate entrance to a deck, with easy access to the landscaped private grassy yard and an outdoor shower. You don’t have to shower alone in the luxury master-bath with a shower room large enough for two. This impeccably maintained home offers every amenity—from central AC, to Kiehl’s bath products, Bluetooth stereo indoors and out, and Internet-enabled televisions (Netflix, Prime, and Hulu included).
