The space

Kitchen is fully stocked for those wanting to cook in on vacation. Relax for movie time in the custom theater with popcorn machine. Bedrooms are spacious and feature comfortable beds and linens. Escape to the huge master which features luxurious master bath that includes custom shower and soaker tub. Backyard amenities which include outdoor couch, TV, and day bed. Built in grill area for the family BBQ. Plenty of games which include cornhole and volleyball as well as outdoor pool game table. Cool off in the sparkling pool or wind down in the hot tub at the end of the day. This yard has it all. Home is also equipped with full washer/dryer and the unique feature of your own Tesla Charger. Quiet hours are 10 PM nightly. This is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and NO LOUD PARTIES will be tolerated. We welcome guests to have fun but always be respectful.
No smoking anything in home. $1000 fine applies to any signs of smoking in home.
Booking party must be at least 25 years of age to book home.
No local bookings unless the guest has 5 star rating or gets prior approval from host.
Other things to note
Tesla charger is available for guest use if desired. Fees apply for electric usage. Inquire with host.
