Our family lake house, 2 blocks from Lake Lariat. Queen size bed and full size beds. Spacious single family home in quiet neighborhood with large back yard. Pets welcome for $20 extra fee, if crated when guest is out of the house. Close to attractions of Solomons, Calvert Cliffs, Patuxent beaches, seafood restaurants, Annemarie Gardens art center and trails, marinas, kayaking, etc. *This rental is two upper levels of a three story house. We have a property manager/tenant living in the basement apartment, who works full time out of the house, but takes showers once per day in one of the two full baths upstairs. Hence guests have almost but not quite exclusive use of the two upper levels.
House rules include no smoking anything inside please... smoking on back deck permitted as long as cigarette butts are disposed of not thrown on the ground. $100 fee for odor of marijuana or tobacco in the house.
Please take all trash from kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom to large trash bin in the garage.
