This lake house is nestled in 2.5 acres on the east side of beautiful Upper Cormorant Lake. We have two bedrooms upstairs with full living room and kitchen. The downstairs has 4 bedrooms, full living room, and a kitchenette. There is laundry on both floors. Lots of space for fun.
There is a continuous deck with lake views from all angles. This fully furnished house has multiple smart TV's, electric fire place, a ping pong table, and indoor and outdoor games of all sorts. Wifi throughout the entire property. There is also 50 amp hookups for RV's.
This large house can sleep 18 comfortably in beds; a limit of 24 on the property. You’re welcome to bring your own boat but, upon request, there is a large Hurricane boat available for you to use. If boating is not an option for you, there is great fishing right off the dock. This will be a great place for you to make memories.
