Petite Plaisance is a cozy cabin with a fully stocked kitchen and brand new bath. Perfect for 2-3 people with a queen bed in the sleeping loft and a full size futon in the great room. Outdoor dining area has a picnic table and gas grill. The screen house perfect for napping right next to the fire pit and another picnic table. This property is on over an acre of land with several outdoor areas to enjoy! It’s quiet and private while being right on the lake.
We have a large dock with stairs leading to crystal clear lake water. There is a canoe with paddles and life jackets provided in addition to a new one person kayak for guests. Excellent fishing as the pond is stocked every year.
Cabin is 30 minutes from Kennebunkport’s sights and 30 minutes from downtown Portland. Only 20 minutes to Biddeford where you’ll find many new up and coming restaurants!
*please note - stairs to sleeping loft are narrow and a bit steep. Also there are 76 steps from house to the pond. Screen house and fire pit are halfway down! Brand new queen bed in the loft!
