There are three large parks and bike trails encircling the lake. Bike trail access is across the road going by the property.
South Dakota is famous for it's fishing and hunting. You can fish on the many nearby lakes for walleye, pike, and bass. Pheasants are heard daily from the property and duck, goose, and deer hunting are popular in the fall.
