Summary: I don't know how this place gets the high ratings. The staff was wonderful, everyone helpful and friendly. But, this hotel is tired and old and really just gross. The beds have no blankets on them (sheets only), chairs are heavily stained, bags of trash are laying in the hallways, walls are missing paint, elevators have trash in them, carpeting is ripped and frayed. The television showed pixeled video, and I woke up with red bites all over my body (bed bugs??). The hallways have a strange odor. The only reason we stayed here is because of the pet policy, but, it seems that will cheaper pet policies, you get more ghetto hotel options. SKIP IT.
