This home will offer you a quaint front porch with ample seating area, just 5 quick minutes to the Main Beach Town Area and Public Beaches. This cottage offers a 2 level floor plan with 2.5 bathrooms, Office Area with Desk, Sectional seating in the Living Room that provides a comfortable living area and extra items for the little ones, such as a pack n play with added sheets and 2 baby gates to section of the interior steps.
The Kitchen, Dining area is adjacent to the Living Room area that walks outdoors to the back deck area.
The backyard is fenced for your fur babies to have a full run of the yard, Grilling and Firepit will provide you all the amenities of Home ! We have had corn hole and outdoor games that are stored in the garage, which also includes beach chairs and cooler for your days at the Beach! The Office area provides you a large desk area, wifi and plenty of space to bring your work while your family plays at the beach! The upper level provides 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms ( King, Double and 2 Twin Beds)
The home has central air and heat for a full home comfort, carpeting in the bedrooms and wood flooring on the main living area. The garage space is open to store your beach toys and the parking is available up to 3 cars.
This is home is available for short term rental up to 90 days during the off seasons of October through April for monthly rates please contact our office. Our Prime Season is May through September with a 3 night minimum stay. We're pet friendly, pets do require approval and a max of 2 pets please.
Our cleaning fee includes towels and linen services.
We provide a full kitchen with glass ware, plate ware and all your cooking needs with coffee area.
Washer and Dryer is located on the lower level.
Our check in time is at 4PM and check out time is 11AM.
We're a golf cart community and can provide golf cart resources for that fun golf cart experience and easy access to move around the beach town!
