Inside, you'll first encounter a spacious living room with a sofa, an armchair, a queen Murphy bed, and a flatscreen TV with cable on the corner. This is a great place to unwind indoors.
Next is the kitchen/dining areas equipped with a full-size fridge, a stove and oven, a two-person dining table, and another flatscreen TV with cable–this is the perfect setting for daily lunches with a side of entertainment thanks to the TV. Right off this area is the main access to the enclosed, wrap-around balcony. Here you'll enjoy natural light for days; you can take a break from daily life at the seating area, conveniently equipped with a small coffee table, perfect for snacks and coffee time. Back inside, the main full bathroom offers a convenient tub/shower combo.
Additionally, guests will be granted access to a series of incredible shared amenities that include gas grills, a laundry facility, a pool table, and an indoor swimming pool!
You'll be within walking distance to Post Road where you'll find convenience and grocery stores and antique shops such as Reed's Antiques & Collectibles and Wells Union Antique Center. Downtown Wells is a short half-mile drive south. There, endless dining options, coffee shops, and Wells Corner Shopping Center await. The beach access is just under two miles away at Drake's Island Beach.
Things to Know
The community pool is closed January, February and March. It reopens in April and April thru August you can swim from 8am to 10pm. September thru December the pool also is open with pool hours of 8am to 9pm.
Please note that the Murphy Bed will require the ability of someone to lift 75 - 100 pounds to operate. There are instructions on-site on how to operate it to avoid injury.
