In small quiet private residence, with swimming pool and tennis court, 100 m from the sea, rents house redone in 2018. The residence is located on the wild coast of Les Sables d'Olonne and Talmont St Hilaire, on the Bay of Cayola.
The house is composed of:
- 2 bedrooms: one on the ground floor with 2 beds of 90X190 and one in mezzanine with bed of 140X190,
- A veranda dedicated to the lounge area, with a large sofa bed of 140 * 200. This bed can accommodate 2 additional people (veranda equipped with a blind covering the roof and blackout curtains),
- A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped and equipped (fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave ...) and a washing machine,
- bathroom with bathtub
- Separate toilets.
You also have a terrace and an enclosed garden of 60 m² with 4 sunbeds.
The residence is located 100 m from a creek (fishing, swimming) and 500 m from a pebble beach (beach of Porteau, large cove where you can swim). You are halfway between the beautiful sandy beach of Veillon and that of Tanchet (5 km). The golf course of Port Bourgenay is 5 minutes by car. The Sables d'Olonne are 8 kms north.
Everything is accessible by bicycle by bike paths passing in front of the residence.
We do not provide bed linen, tea towels and household linen (towels, bath mats).
Arrivals are from 16:00 and departures before 10:00.
The accommodation is non-smoking. Animals are not allowed. Just like the holidays to respect the tranquility of the place.
