ABOUT THE COTTAGE
Hardwood floors line the open-concept living area, and lead into both bedrooms on the main level. Sink into seating for four around the 47" flat screen TV to enjoy a movie night on Netflix or the DVD player. Sliding glass doors connect to the deck with seating for four and a grill.
The fully equipped kitchen provides an at-home option for any meal. Gather around the modern indoor dining table for breakfast, or take a seat at the island barstools for a midday snack.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and ample room to unpack. A second bedroom down the hall has a full-size bed. On the main floor, the first bathroom includes a walk-in shower. Downstairs, the second bathroom features a tub/shower combination.
Downstairs has a large space for the kids to play and hang out.
Extras include a washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi, and parking spaces for two vehicles. There are AC units in each bedroom (window units).
THE LOCATION
A trip to the Cape is not complete without lazy days on the shore. Mayo Beach is just 1/2 mile away, and Power's Landing even less to launch your kayak.
