Positive: Completely disappointed in booking.com. I booked a 2 queen bed room. I received a one king bed room. Traveling with a friend and did not wish to sleep with her. The staff tried to everything to accommodate us but they were sold out. They blamed booking.com. I will never use booking.com again!
