Large country home on 30 acres just off Hwy 52 about 10 miles north of Rochester.
If you want to get away from busy city life this is the place for you! I have two (inside) cats and two dogs (mostly outside). And a few horses and cows running around. The house is just off 52 out in the country between Oronoco and Pine Island on 30 acres with the Zumbro River.
I am a nurse at Mayo Clinic and work 12 hr night shifts. I am very mellow, easy going and easy to get along with. House has central air, woodstove, sauna, washer/dryer, large porch in the front and a deck in the back of the house. I a lot of apple trees, fruit trees and berries during the non-winter months you are welcome to that too! On the main level is the living room, dining room, kitchen, my bathroom and my bedroom. The 2nd level also has 2 bedrooms I rent out individually and listed on here.
