With a full rooftop solar array, passive heatsink technology in the great room to heat the home on cool days (and electric heat in each room for winter stays), This mid-century modern house now has AC throughout. The kitchen features granite counters, dishwasher, electric drip and Keurig coffee makers and electric oven, and it is fully equipped with everything you need to cook all of your meals and enjoy them at home.
