** Spa is not heated. It's the same temperature as pool.
- Quiet neighborhood with strictly enforced quiet hours past 10 p. m.
- No Parties or events allowed.
- No smoking in or near the entire property.
- There are cameras on site for your protection. One doorbell camera, one front yard camera and two overlooking the backyard. There are no cameras inside the home.
**All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).
