As you stroll through the district streets, you will discover a lively, trendy, and cosmopolitan atmosphere. You will be able to enjoy all the bars, restaurants, and quays that make it one of the most dynamic districts of Paris, especially the rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis.
Various picturesque passages also line the street, such as the Prado passage, the passage of Industry, the Reilhac passage or the passage of Desire. If you want to discover the city differently, tour the Brady Passage to take advantage of the many Indian and Pakistani signs. Don't miss also the unusual view of the smallest house in Paris, at n°39 rue du Château d'Eau. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
