Positive: Great location, walking distance to the sea front. Pretty grounds and private parking. Rooms were nicely decorated and beds comfy. Staff friendly. Breakfast was okay.

Negative: It’s a by gone era hotel which looks very tired outside . Pool area was pleasant enough but needs attention… cracked tiles and furniture quite seen better days. It’s a lovely place… just needs a bit more curb appeal. That said… we would return if we found ourselves in the area again.

Summary: Comfy room and great location but exterior does match the interior.
